Good afternoon everybody, how’s your weekend? Here it is quite hot right now even though it rained quite a lot this morning.

Today Sandra and I slept quite longer than usual, I got up at around 09:00 to go out with Kira. Sandra stayed in bed a bit longer because she has been working so she wanted to really soak up some energy. After I came back in I played some Dark Souls 3 and TFT, fun fun fun. For lunch, we had early potatoes with mustard herring (for me) and Sandra had boiled vegetables.

Sandra made a TODO list this morning and we have now crossed over all but one tasks, Sandra is working on the last one right now but that’s her doing some of her homework, I am currently on the balcony where the sun is shining and there is barely any wind so it’s almost too hot, Kira is by my side sleeping. After I’ve written this post I am going to continue reading a book I borrowed yesterday when I got my library card, Stephen King – Mr.Mercedes. I’ve only read the first chapter but so far it’s quite good.

The tasks were stuff like to vacuum, clean the kitchen, do the laundry etc. The apartment is looking good right now because after all the cleaning up we’ve tried to put one of our carpets in the kitchen. We hope that Kira won’t do too much with it so that we slowly but surely can put back all the other carpets we put away when we got Kira. It has been so long since we’ve seen the carpet in the kitchen that it feels weirdly satisfying but unfamiliar. 😀 While I was vacuuming I did a really thorough cleaning of my computer desk area, it is now less stuff there and less dusty! 🙂

We also just came back home from a walk with Kira which was one of the tasks as well, the thermometer said it was only 15 degrees but it must be somewhere between 20 and 25 in the sun where there is no wind. 😉

Hope you’ve had a great day so far and I wish for you to have a great weekend. I am now going to continue to read and tomorrow I will maybe write some of my thoughts about the book so far. Sandra is going horseback riding tomorrow in the afternoon so I might go for a walk with Kira while she is gone so that it isn’t forgotten.
